Mobile Armor Appoints Michael Menegay Chief Executive Officer

St. Louis, MO, August 11, 2009 -- Mobile Armor, Inc., the technology leader in mobile data protection solutions, today announced that its President Michael K. Menegay has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Armor. Former CEO Chand Vyas will serve as Chairman of Mobile Armor.

Menegay will govern day-to-day responsibilities and strategic direction of Mobile Armor as its CEO. Prior to Mobile Armor, Menegay was the Global Director for Dell’s Software as a Service (SaaS) family of products and services. Previous to Dell he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Services and Channels at Everdream Corporation and was part of the executive management team that orchestrated Everdream's acquisition by Dell. Menegay began his career at IBM and has held many CEO-level positions throughout his career as well as senior executive management positions at McAfee and Macromedia. Menegay also serves on the Board of Directors of CompTIA (www.comptia.org), a leading industry association for high technology and its associated policy governance.
